**Looking for a replacement by 14th November | Kailash Hills, South Delhi** Looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious, furnished flat in Kailash Hills. **Rent & expenses** * Rent: ₹23,000/month * Water bill: ₹350/month * Washing machine: ₹500/month * Electricity and gas are separate. A monthly bill comes which is divided by two. * Maid charges are separate, two maids come for cooking and cleaning. Both very nice ladies. **About the room** * Spacious, furnished room with a large bed and mattress, AC and ample storage. * Good natural light, hot water and good plumbing. * it has a balcony attached. **About the flat and flatmate**- * One flatmate already lives here. She is a law clerk and is a very nice, accommodating person. * The only things expected are cleanliness, hygiene and mutual respect. * Friends visiting is absolutely fine, as long as the other person isn't disturbed.
