Hi! I’m a lawyer working at One World Centre, Lower Parel and looking for a single occupancy room in a fully or semi furnished 2 BHK, preferably with a female flatmate. My budget is ₹35k ( max 40k per month), and I’m looking to move before November 1. Preferred areas are Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, Worli, Mahalaxmi, Parel, Mahim West or nearby localities with a convenient commute to One World Centre. Ideally looking for a clean, well-maintained home with good natural light and an attached washroom. I’d prefer clean, respectful and easy-going flatmates who are super mindful of privacy.
