⚠️ TENANTS OF MUMBAI — PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE DEALING WITH PRANJAL PROPERTIES ⚠️ I am sharing my personal experience to warn other tenants and help people avoid going through the same situation. We stayed for one year in Apartment 402, Empire Building, Veera Desai Road, Andheri West, Mumbai, in a property arranged through Pranjal Properties. After vacating the apartment, our security deposit was not returned to us. Despite visiting several times to follow up, we are still facing this issue. It is extremely frustrating to leave a property after fulfilling your stay and then have to repeatedly chase a broker for your own deposit. I am posting this because tenants work hard for their money, and a security deposit is not something a broker should leave unresolved after a tenant vacates. My advice to anyone considering renting through Pranjal Properties: * Get every deposit and refund commi
