Hi I’m looking for two flatmates in a great apartment in Khar West. I’m yet to crack a deal with the current tenant. It’s a 2bhk with balconies in each room and the rest is 1.1lakh (a certain amount of transition cost will also be applied) It will be an unfurnished flat but it’s a new property. DM me if you are ready to discuss this further. Trust me the place is a steal and btw it’s available from December 2026.
